Jenny Phillips is an experienced oil painter. She has exhibited in London, and sold her paintings internationally. She holds a Fine Art degree, and a Masters degree in Art History. She is a member of the Blackheath Art Society and exhibits with them regularly. 

 

Her passion is the work of the Impressionists and her personal aim is to capture the moment of a place of beauty, returning to her studio to express that memory using clear colours onto a canvas. Her wish is to connect with the viewer of her paintings. She remains loyal to oil painting and drawing, and believes that painting should be an essentially handmade creation, concerned with human reaction.
