Jenny is a London based artist. Her worldwide travel has inspired her to paint her love for the Mediterranean, rekindling her childhood memories of the South of France and the Italian Riviera. She holidays in Portugal where she enjoys the starkness of the architecture and the vibrancy of the flowers. She believes that oil paint provides movement on the canvas.

She studied Fine Art at the London Metropolitan University. Her passion for the work of the Impressionists and Post Impressionists inspired her to study for a Masters degree in the History of Art at the Open University. Her influences are Henri Matisse and Paul Cezanne. She has been tutored by Lelia Pissarro, the great granddaughter of Camille Pissarro. She continues to reflect on the work of Pissarro and Pierre Bonnard.

A highlight of her artists journey has been selling a drawing at the Royal Academy of Art. Her art collections are in Portugal, U.S.A., Australia and Ireland. Her work has been exhibited in galleries in London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex. She is a member of the Blackheath Art Society and also exhibits at the SMAG art exhibitions.
