I am an observational artist based in the UK who primarily paints in oil, drawing inspiration from my environment.

I work both en plein air and in the studio, using sketches, memories and photographs. I was born in Liverpool and most recently lived in South London and Kent. I paint rural, coastal and urban settings. I'm passionate about sketching people and places and this is key to my daily practice.
